Privacy Policy
Park State Bank is implementing this privacy policy because a fundamental component of the bank/customer relationship is a customer's trust in this institution and because we respect the expectations of our customers regarding privacy and confidentiality.
Other than the automatic data collection described above, this site collects no personally identifying information. The sole exception is when you knowingly and voluntarily provide information, such as when you fill in your name and address on the contact request form.

Employee Access to Information and Enforcement
Park State Bank limits employee access to customer personal information to only "those bank administrators with a business reason for knowing such information." Bank also educates all employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy.

Park State Bank takes all precautions in safeguarding and securing customer information. Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties
Park State Bank follows strict privacy procedures with regard to protection of customer information. Except as otherwise stated in this policy, the Bank will not sell or share customer information with third parties.
In some cases it may be necessary to share information with third party business partners to provide you with requested products or services. Park State Bank requires all third parties with a business need to access personal information to adhere to similar and equally stringent privacy policies. General Internet Security

One of the main security features guarding the use of online banking is the unique combination of your ParkLine ID and Password (PW). It is important that you protect the security of your ParkLine ID and PW by keeping them a secret. If you give your ParkLine ID or PW to another party, you will be responsible for any changes to your account(s). By entering into this agreement and using ParkLine, you agree to protect the security of your ParkLine ID, PW and any other number, codes, marks, signs, keys or other means of identification of you as a Park State Bank ParkLine customer which may be devised or established from time to time.
Information Collected About Your Visit to the website
Park State Bank automatically collects and stores the following information about you when you visit our website:
- The date and time the request was received.
- Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, or the proxy address of your Internet Service Provider (e.g. AOL, CompuServe, and so on).
- The name and IP address of the Park State Bank server that received and logged the request.
