Ted has been working in the banking and mortgage industry for more than 31 years.  He specializes in a One-Time Close Construction loan, but has experience and knowledge with all types of mortgage loans.  Ted’s industry experience, knowledge and belief in constant and efficient communication with all parties involved in every transaction brings value to his clients.   

Ted is a St. Louis Park, MN native and obtained a Business Administration and Change Management degree from DePaul University.  In his free time he enjoys golfing, teaching and training Muay Thai.
