Park State Bank is pleased to provide information for public inspection under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). In accordance with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Park State Bank is required to maintain, and upon request, make available for public inspection a complete CRA Public File. If you are interested in viewing our CRA Public File, we’ve made our information available online for your convenience.
Park State Bank is able to provide printed copies of these documents; however, please note we may charge a reasonable fee to cover copying and mailing expenses. To request printed copies of documents, please contact the CRA Program Office at the address on the bottom of this page.
Under the CRA, the following information must be maintained in a public file, current as of April 1 of each year.
- All public comments received for the current year and the prior two calendar years.
- A copy of the Public Evaluation of the bank's most recent CRA Performance Evaluation.
- List of branch locations including hours of operation.
- Branches opened or closed by the bank during the prior two calendar years.
- A description of Product and Services available through Park State Bank and our Deposit Fee Schedule.
- Park State Bank Loan to Deposit Ratio.
- Park State Bank Assessment Area representing the communities we serve. A map of our Twin Cities Market and Northern & Duluth Markets are available for you to view here.
- Park State Bank CRA Notice for all branches and Park State Bank CRA Notice for our main branch.
- The 2024 Home Mortgage Disclosure Act Notice (HMDA). The HMDA data about our residential mortgage lending is available online for review. The data shows geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age, and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials.
