New Account Checklist
The following information is required to open a new account.
- Completed Application and Signature (WET)
- Full Legal Name
- Date of Birth
- Tax Identification Number
- Unexpired Government Issued, Photo IDs (required to obtain one or more of the following)
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- State-Issued Identification (ID) Card
- Tribal Identification
- Military Picture ID Card
- Minor Child
- Student ID (Over 15)
- Government Issued Photo ID
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Temporary Identification
- We will only accept a temporary ID if you have the physical expired government issued ID or any type of documentary verification from the list above
- Address
- A current physical address is needed if mail is sent to a PO Box
- Further verification is required if the current address on the application is different from the address on your ID. The address placed on the application needs to be verified with one or more of the following:
- Piece of mail post-marked with the new address
- Recent Utility Bill
- Minimum Deposit Amount Required to Open
- Specific to different types of accounts
