If you are a current Park State Bank client, you can enroll in online banking either online, or by calling a Customer Service Representative at any of our locations.

Lost or Stolen credit Card

If your credit card is lost or stolen, please call 800-325-3678.

Lost or Stolen Debit Card

For a lost or stolen ATM or Debit card please call 888-297-3416. International customers please call 206-389-5200.

STOP PAYMENTS

To stop payments, log in to online banking and follow instructions. Or call a Customer Service Representative at any of our locations.

TELEPHONE BANKING

You can call 877-888-6800 to access your account information through our Telephone Banking system. When prompted, enter your account number, full social security number, and zip code. Once verified, the telephone banking system will prompt you to establish a personal identification number (PIN) for future access.
