Mortgage Payment Options
Your mortgage payment is due on the 1st of each month. You can make your payment through our online banking or mobile banking app along with a variety of other options to choose from:
US POSTAL MAIL
Mail your payment using the payment slip from your statement. Payments are mailed to:

You can make your payment at any one of our fifteen convenient locations.
RECURRING PAYMENT
You can set up an automatic monthly recurring payment from your Park State Bank checking account by completing the Recurring Payment form and mailing it to:

ACH PAYMENT
You can set up an automatic monthly *ACH payment from your account at another Financial Institution by completing the ACH Authorization form and mailing it to:

TELEPHONE BANKING
If you have a checking account with Park State Bank, you can make your mortgage payment from our automated telephone system by calling: 877-888-6800 & Option #3.

ONLINE BANKING ENROLLMENT
To view your mortgage information online, make a loan payment with your Park State Bank checking account, or make a payment from an account at another Financial Institution, please enroll into our online banking or mobile banking app. If you're already enrolled, please move onto the next step: INTERNAL TRANSFER.
1. Select Login > Enroll
2. Enter the information requested on the Enroll screen, and then select Next
(You will need your Social Security Number, Account Number, Email Address and Phone Number. This MUST match the same information you provided at account opening)
3. Enter the verification code sent via SMS, and then select Verify.
4. Read the user agreement, and then select Agree.
5. Create a username and password by entering information in the Username and Password fields, and then select Next.

INTERNAL TRANSFER
Login to your Park State Bank online banking account and transfer between your PSB checking and your mortgage loan account
- Select Transfers > Make a Transfer
EXTERNAL TRANSFER
External transfer gives you the option to pay your Park State Bank mortgage from an account at another Financial Institution using our online banking or mobile banking app.
- Login to your Online/Mobile Banking account
- Select Transfers > Add External Account > Submit
In 1-2 business days, two small deposits will be made to your external account. You will need to log into your online banking to verify the amounts.
- Select Security > External Accounts > Enter Amounts > Confirm
You may now utilize this feature.
SCHEDULING AN EXTERNAL TRANSFER
- Select Transfer > Make a Transfer
- Choose your external account in “From” dropdown
- Choose your PSB loan in “To” dropdown
- Enter Amount and Submit
More Options: To make a Regular or Principal payment, add a frequency of payment (Once, Weekly, Every Two Weeks, Twice a Month or Monthly, or to add a memo description, please choose “More Options”
