Mortgage Payment Options

Convenient Ways to Make Your Mortgage Payment.

 

Park State Bank offers several convenient ways to make your mortgage payment. Whether you prefer online banking, automatic payments, mail, or in-person service, you can choose the payment method that works best for you. Mortgage payments are due on the 1st of each month.

 

Payments By Mail

Mail your payment using the payment slip from your statement.

InBranch Payments

Make your mortgage payment at any Park State Bank branch locations.

 

Automatic Recurring Payments

Set up automatic monthly payments from your Park State Bank checking account by completing the Recurring Payment Form and mailing it to:

ACH Payments

Set up automatic monthly ACH mortgage payments from an account at another financial institution by completing the ACH Authorization Form and mailing it to:

*ACH payments will debit your account one day in advance. 

 

Telephone Banking

If you have a Park State Bank checking account, you can make a mortgage payment through our automated telephone banking system by calling: 877-888-6800 & Option #3.

 

Online and Mobile Banking

View loan information and make mortgage payments through Park State Bank Online Banking and Mobile Banking. 
If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, simply select Login > Enroll and follow the enrollment instructions.
 
You will need your Social Security Number, Account Number, Email Address and Phone Number. This MUST match the same information you provided at account opening.
 
  • Select Login > Enroll 
  • Enter the information requested on the Enroll screen, and then select Next 
  • Enter the verification code sent via SMS, and then select Verify. 
  • Read the user agreement, and then select Agree. 

  • Create a username and password by entering information in the Username and Password fields, and then select Next.  

 

Internal Transfer

If you have a Park State Bank checking account, you can make a mortgage payment directly through Online Banking or Mobile Banking. Log in to your Online or Mobile Banking and select: Transfers > Make a Transfer

 

External Transfer

External transfer gives you the option to pay your Park State Bank mortgage from an account at another Financial Institution using Online Banking or Mobile Banking.

Set Up an External Account
  • Log in to Online or Mobile Banking
  • Select Transfers > Add External Account
  • Submit your external account information
  • Within 1-2 business days, two verification deposits will be sent to your account
  • Verify the deposit amounts through Online Banking
Schedule an External Transfer
  • Select Transfers > Make a Transfer
  • Choose your external account in the "From" field
  • Choose your mortgage account in the "To" field
  • Enter the payment amount and submit

More Options: To make a Regular or Principal payment, add a frequency of payment (Once, Weekly, Every Two Weeks, Twice a Month or Monthly, or to add a memo description, please choose “More Options”
