Yes. You will continue to bank at your current Chisholm and Cook branches. The great news is that after the close of sale we will work to convert your accounts to Park State Bank's core system. Once converted, we will give notice and you'll have access to 16 additional locations across the Iron Range, Duluth, the North Shore, and Minneapolis, providing more flexibility and convenience for your banking needs
The First National Bank of Chisholm website will no longer be accessible after the close of sale and completion of account conversions. A more definitive date will be communicated in the near future.
The First National Bank of Chisholm mobile app will remain functional until the close of sale and completion of account conversions. We recommend downloading the Park State Bank mobile app beforehand so you’re ready to use it on this date.

Yes. However, if there happens to be an account number duplicated, we will work with those accounts on a case-by-case basis. Additional information and resources will be provided to support any impacted customers. We’ll also provide a welcome communication package to each customer outlining their new account details and highlighting the benefits of their updated account, should any changes occur.
All existing internal and external transfers are expected to remain in place after the close of sale. We will work with our core provider, Jack Henry™, to test the process thoroughly and verify that payment structures are not impacted. Customers may be affected if an account or loan number needs to be changed, and we will notify them directly if that is the case.
First National Bank of Chisholm customers can continue using their existing supply of checks. When reordering checks after the close of sale and conversion of accounts, the new checks will include Park State Bank’s routing number. We will retain the First National Bank of Chisholm's routing number for a transitional period, so there’s no need to rush through your current supply.
Park State Bank will take care of updating the routing number on your current automatic payments and deposits, such as payroll or recurring debits. After the close of sale and conversion of accounts, any new automatic payments will require Park State Bank's routing number (091900119). Your existing account number will remain unchanged unless we've notified you otherwise.
Your existing transfers will not be affected by the new routing number. After the close of sale and conversion of accounts, any new transfers you initiate will require the use of Park State Bank's routing number (091900119).
